COVID-19 Updates

Thank you to everyone who has been patient and understanding with our extra COVID precautions including curbside practice for the last year and a half.

Starting on July 1st, 2021, we will be allowing both doctor appointments and surgery drop offs to be in-room appointments.  In-room appointments are limited to two pet parents and masks are required.  Curbside appointments are still available as an option as well.  To maintain proper social distancing we will keep all technician appointments, drop offs, and medication pick-ups as curbside only at this time.

Please maintain proper social distancing while in the hospital.  Because we are a medical hospital masks are required for all clients and staff in the hospital at this time.

We enforce a stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocol to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff, clients, and pets.

The pandemic has increased the demand for veterinary care for veterinarians all over the country, including our hospital.  Reasons for this include staffing shortages as well as increases in pet adoptions recently.  We have seen a significant increase in demand for veterinary care in our area.  Out team has been working diligently to help pets in need of veterinary attention.  We are sometimes having to book non-urgent and wellness visits out farther than usual due to prioritizing more urgent care needs for current clients.  Our priority is to provide excellent care and compassion to our patients.  We appreciate your understanding regarding scheduling.

We will update you with any changes. We appreciate your patience as it is for the health and safety of our staff and our community. Please stay healthy and safe.

Sincerely,

Megan Hughes, DVM
